Our clients' satisfaction is very important to us. We believe in offering a liberal exchange policy. Artwork may be returned for store credit or an exchange ONLY as long as it is a artist that our gallery still represents.
There are NO CASH refunds. Your original sales receipt must accompany the merchandise and it must be in its original packaging and in its original condition when purchased.
Shipping cost to return the artwork is the complete responsibity of the client unless the product has defects.
Commissions: Cancellations for special orders from an artist are not permitted. It is a FINAL sale.
