Joanne Miller Rafferty is one of America's most popular contemporary abstract artists. Joanne Miller Rafferty was voted in 2000 Outstanding Artists and Designers of the 20th Century. Joanne Miller Rafferty's splashes of color and quick line convery not just a lively style and pure technique, but her intense joy in her art and deep appreciation for the abstractions found in the many faces of land, sky and sea. She brings out these abstractions in her mixed-media works not only through the use of various paints, oils, and polymers, but also by incorporating gold threads, miniature beads of glass, Japanese rice papers. This will be an exciting show not to miss.....
